Checked them out at Complex Market. I was impressed by the freshness and how savory the flavors were. I highly recommend the fiesta mayo bowl. I definitely found a new favorite food truck for sure!

Jeff and his amazing Feisty Fish Poke truck came out tonight to support our Open House in Orange County. He had terrific communication and was early to set up. Jeff’s professionalism is really important for anyone planning an event. I had time to eat before our mini carnival started, and I’m so glad I did. There were ... several choices on the menu. The owner is the sweetest and the food is outstanding. Was a bit turned around with the ordering and he made it simple and easy. For this being a poke stand from a food truck first was kind of hesitant but the sauce and the freshness of the food and I would 10 out of 10 recommend them for any event.
